Italian American Museum

JL Architects was brought on board by the Museum's Design Architect (OP-al Architects) to provide Construction Documents and Construction Contract Administration services for the challenging facade design and interior build-out.  The storefront occupies a wedge shaped recess in the facade, with perforated metal panels defining an oblique cone surface at the top of the recess.  The flowing geometry continues through the interior, with a four story atrium providing connection between the galleries.
